Responsibilities will include managing social media marketing programs, drafting social media and ad copy, preparing and posting content online, monitoring web analytics, managing website and print advertising, exploring new digital markets and channels, and participating in both the editorial and marketing process.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong interest in and knowledge of the Jewish Review of Books and the issues it covers
- Strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to assist with the editing of both print and web-only articles
- Experience with social media promotion and advertising, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and web analytics
- The ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with the magazine staff
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Curiosity, enterprise, commitment
