Tom Ginsburg

Tom Ginsburg is the Leo Spitz Professor of International Law and Ludwig and Hilde Wolf Research Scholar at the University of Chicago Law School. He directs the Comparative Constitutions Project and is the author of Judicial Reputation: A Comparative Theory with Nuno Garoupa (University of Chicago Press).
